HR Manager is designed to provide schools with information regarding state (California) and federal employment laws and human resources policies and procedures. It is not designed to provide legal advice or answer questions regarding interpretation of laws or labor issues. Issues or questions requiring legal advice or interpretation should be directed to appropriate counsel.
HR Manager is a password protected site and is designed for the sole use of registered Bolton & Company clients, CAIS and PEJE member schools. The user ID and password should be considered confidential and should not be released to third parties. If user ID and password information are misused or transmitted to unauthorized users, or the user terminates their benefits relationship with Bolton and/or their membership relationship with CAIS or PEJE, Bolton & Company reserves the right to immediately terminate access to HR Manager.
The undersigned shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bolton & Company from and against any and all damages, loss demands, fees, expenses, penalties and costs (including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, accounting fees, costs, and disbursements) arising from any claims, suits, actions, or proceedings brought against the user and/or Bolton & Company by any third party related to the information and material provided by the HR Manager site.
In addition, CAIS and PEJE are offering this program as one of the many services provided to member schools. CAIS and PEJE make no representations regarding the content or quality of the materials and training provided by Bolton and Company and in no way endorse this product. This product is not intended to provide legal advice to CAIS and PEJE member schools for any particular situation.
