Bolton & Company’s Risk Services Department conduct thorough external and internal risk management reviews, including a comprehensive evaluation which may be provided and used to form the basis of the ultimate design of the school’s risk management program. This in-depth evaluation provide schools with the tools needed to plan for disaster, and to look at the most economical way of allocating premiums to real versus assumed risk. The results of the process include more intelligent uses of deductibles, self-insurance, self-insured retentions, or the use of other funding mechanisms to handle or transfer risk.
